Getting started with
Clyra
Clyra is a comprehensive solution for managing messages and content in Telegram. This step-by-step guide will help you set up your first forwarding in 10 minutes.
What Clyra can do
The system automates a number of processes:
Bot finds many applications among Telegram users: from collecting news feeds and saving correspondence to automating trading, business processes and maintaining a channel grid.
Choosing a bundle
So that everyone can get the necessary functions without overpaying, Clyra offers 4 packages that differ in capabilities and price. Here you will find their description and comparison of functionality, and the trial period will allow you to evaluate the work of each of them in practice.
This short questionnaire will help you choose the best service for your task. You don't have to answer all the questions, just mark the ones that are important to you:
From which sources should we forward?
Telegram channels vary in terms of privacy. Some are open to everyone through a public link, others require an invitation or request, and still others can only be joined by the administrator. Some channels are only available to the user. Clyra can work with all types of sources using different access methods.
Account connection
If you have chosen the Economy and Express bundles, then the bot is ready to work immediately after payment and you can proceed to the next section.
Direct and Expert services provide advanced functionality by connecting the bot to your account, so first follow the connection procedure:
In the main menu of the application, select My account. Find Direct or Expert among your current packages and click the Connect account button on the package card.
You will be taken to a chat with the bot. Follow the bot's instructions.
Remember that the connected account is not necessarily the account from which you pay and manage the bot (the manager account). The main thing is that the connected account is included in the sources from which you intend to forward messages.
You can use many connected accounts on one manager account. The more connected accounts you purchase a package for (Direct or Expert), the less you pay for one connection.
Do not delete the "Clyra Service Channel" created by the bot. It is needed for service messages. It can be archived so that it does not interfere.
Do not block or delete the chat with the bot from the connected account. This may lead to problems with the bot.
Creating a forwarding
The forwarding rule is a basic element of the Clyra system. It determines where the bot copies from, how it converts and where it publishes messages. After activating the subscription, the bot will offer to create your first forwarding rule.
Before you begin, make sure you have a place to publish prepared. To do this, invite Clyra to your target channel or chat and give it admin rights. Now open the mini-app and click the "Create forwarding" button at the bottom of the screen.
Economy and Express (without connected account)
- Set the source, it can be a public group or channel
- Enter the link or @username of the source in the search bar (for the Express bundle an invite link will also work)
- Click "Find in Telegram"
- Select the found channel
- Set the destination. This can be any of your groups or channels where the bot is the administrator
- Enter the link or @username of the destination in the search bar
- Click "Find in Telegram"
- Select the found channel
Done, the rule is created and the bot starts forwarding! Please note that delivery on the Economy bundle is delayed and you will receive messages in an hour or two. On the Express bundle it may take the bot a little time to connect to the sources, after which the messages will arrive instantly.
Direct or Expert (with account connection)
- Set the source. This can be a public, private or closed group or channel, personal chat, bot or folder. Your account must be a member of it.
- Select the desired source in the list of chats.
- Set the destination. This can be any group or channel, as well as a personal chat or bot. It is enough that the bot or the connected account have the rights to publish there.
- Select the desired destination in the list of chats.
Done, the rule is created and the bot immediately starts forwarding!
Forwarding settings
After selecting the source and direction of the forwarding, you get to the settings menu. The bot has already applied the standard configuration to the new forwarding, messages will be delivered, no additional settings are required. But if this is not enough, this overview will help you take the first steps to advanced settings for your forwarding.
How to forward only important messages?
In the Filtering section, you can set up message filtering rules. Messages that do not meet the criteria will not be copied. Filtering conditions can be a keyword, regular expression, author, publication time, etc.
The Duplicates setting will help get rid of duplicate messages.
Let the neural network filter messages. For example, you can ask the AI to only let in positive news :)
How to add, replace or delete the original text?
To add your own text to a message, use the Header and Footer setting.
To replace part of the text with your own or delete it, use Replacements. If the original text changes its value in a certain range, for example, a link or a contract address, you can use a regular expression to replace it.
How do I specify the author, source title, and link to the original post?
In the Author section, you can enable the display of the author's name and username.
In the Source Title section — the source title and publication date.
Original message link will determine in what form to publish the link to the source and the messages in it.
How to choose a message sender?
Usually the bot publishes posts in groups on its own behalf, but the Direct and Expert packages allow you to publish messages on behalf of your connected account, making the bot's work in groups invisible. You can set the desired method in the Delivery mode.
How do I copy from a specific topic in a group or to a specific topic?
Use the Topic matching setting.
How do I add a watermark to images or videos?
You can upload your images and manage their overlay on forwarded media in the Watermark section.
How to track changes to the original post and its deletion?
Often important changes are made to posts after publication. Forwarding Edits tracks edits to the original to automatically make corrections to copies or send them as a new message.
Forwarding Deletions will remove all copies if the original is deleted.
How do I copy buttons and polls?
You can customize how interactive elements of a post are forwarded using the Original Buttons and Voting settings.
How to limit the frequency of new publications and forward them with a delay?
If you want to send messages with a delay after publishing in the source and publish them at a certain interval, use the Delay, Schedule and Delivery frequency parameters.
How to add new posts to pinned messages?
The bot can pin messages to target channel, or deliver them in silent mode. Use the Pinned and Silent mode settings.
How to check messages before forwarding?
You can view posts collected by the bot in a separate chat and manually approve their publication in the target channel. For this purpose, there is a Review mode function.
How to copy comments to posts?
You can copy not only posts from channels, but also comments to them. Use the Channel comments setting.
